Router mode/modem mode conflict

This is for Superhub 2. I changed the superhub settings from router mode to modem mode & connected my computer to it directly without an external router which worked, but when I did a full reset to switch it back to router mode,the Internet no longer works. The Internet light flashes green instead of being blue. The superhub says the network access is denied. What could be causing the Internet to be blocked? Maybe some kind of IP or MAC address conflict? Any help would be appreciated

The first thing you should do is request a replacement with a later model. The Hub3 is long out of date.

Welcome to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues when switching back to router mode/ We can understand the frustration caused and want to do our best to help from here. Just to confirm, are you able to reboot the hub to see if the issue persists as seen here ? If so, what is the specific error code that you are seeing?
