Router mode/modem mode conflict

This is for Superhub 2. I changed the superhub settings from router mode to modem mode & connected my computer to it directly without an external router which worked, but when I did a full reset to switch it back to router mode, the Internet no longer works. The Internet light flashes green instead of being blue. The superhub says the network access is denied. What could be causing the Internet to be blocked? Maybe some kind of IP or MAC address conflict? Any help would be appreciated

Try a 60 second pinhole reset of the SH2 and see if that sorts it first.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Why would you change to modem mode then change back to router mode?

Have you tried turning off the hub for 2mins

It doesn't matter, just report that your hub is borked and you'll get a replacement which is a hub 3 at least and possibly a hub 5 (like me).
