Router keeps dropping

Any body has the problem with devices keep dropping signal from the virgin router. Been with them now for 3 months now and its the worst customer service and worst broadband i have ever had. Even sitting next to it it keeps saying no internet connection and all the help desk say is reset hub.

I am sorry to hear that the router is dropping connection and this is not the experience which we want you to have with Virgin Media. 

Can you do a pin hole reset and set up a BQM here
