Hi, just joined as having issues with internet connections since having 2 V6 boxes installed a fortnight ago. I was also told I would be getting a new Superhub 3 but this did not happen. I did not ask for these changes, they were offered to me with amended package.
Have made several phone calls to Virgin and each time they restart the box and everything works for a while then goes down again. Last night all computers and TV had no internet connection and the box is very hot to touch.
Have just had the 2nd reboot today by Virgin, have daughter studying to go to University and loss of internet is not helping with her course work.
