Router issues maybe?

Hello gentlemen. I believe that the VM router may be playing up. I keep getting messages on my TV like this: LAN disconnected, fraction of a second later LAN reconnected, a minute later story repeats itself. Prime and Youtube buffering. This happens randomly. I tried resetting the hub. No luck.

From the router stats it doesn't seem like anything is wrong which makes me think the router is playing up maybe? Thank you

No issues in there. I suspect what you are seeing is on wifi connected devices. Is that correct?

And do ethernet cable connected devices display the same behaviour ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for the reply,

Weird one actually, only me and my son experienced this. We are connected with lan cables. My wife was streaming over wifi with no issues at all. This is what makes me think the router is going faulty. Had the same setup with no issues at all since November and now I have problems. I checked the stats regularly and they look the same.

One thing you could try is a pin hole reset of the hub. It has been know to fix odd problems, maybe not yours, but you have nothing to lose by giving it a try.
