Router/hub 3

My hub3 internet drops out daily. Can last anywhere between 10 to 2 hours. Power light is solid green the other lights also flash green. How can I resolve this?  Had nothing but issues since switching to virgin

Can you copy and paste you upstream and downstream power levels please off the network page in the hubs settings pages

If this just with WiFi connections or ethernet connections as well?

Yes both WiFi and Ethernet. Been without internet for 4 hours now

There’s either data missing from those tables or your connection is very much broken.
