Router Super 2ac

Hi, I have been a virgin media customer for a few years, and in general the service is pretty good where I am.    However, just recently my router has been either stopped working because it can log on to the virgin network or it restarts itself.    

Are there any solutions to avoid the router restarting.    From reading online it appears to be a power issue, so I'm assuming this is what is happening.    So there a way of improving a stable power for upstream and downstream?   

Any thoughts or solutions most welcome.

What’s your current upstream and downstream levels?

Hi, I've just performed a test through Speed test and my Down stream is 112 and my upstream is 9.63.  

This is generally the norm. for me when I run a test.

I meant the upstream and downstream power levels from the hub as I assumed that was what you were referring to, not the download and upload speeds.
