Router Resets to factory settings every day (last few days)

We've had our current router for a few months without much problem, but the last few days we found the WIFI hotspot had disappeared and when connecting via the network on 192.168.0.1 it asked us to log in with the number on the bottom of the unit, as though we were setting it up for the first time.

So reconfigured the wireless network, and all was well - till the next day. Repeated the process - all was well till the next day.

The diagnostic check you do through the virgin website showed no issues. Non wireless doesn't get affected, but it's very annoying to have to keep setting it up each day.

Anything you can do?

The network log shows

Can you post your upstream and downstream power levels..

Go to 192.168.0.1

Do NOT LOG IN- Click router status

And post Downstream and Upstream levels..
