Reset box every night

Hi guys every evening I have to reset the router so I can watch tv as I have sky glass it needs the Wi-Fi connection and even the Wi-Fi to phones and other stuff is crap but on status it’s says everything is looking good in our area and I’m getting fed up with resetting it all the time any ideas

Can you connect the Skyglass on an ethernet cable? If so... try it and see if that gives a stable connection as a test

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear the service keeps dropping and forcing you to reboot the hub.

I did run a quick check on your hub, and noticed the signal strength is not quite what we expect.

To get this adjusted I will need to send out an engineer.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
