Out of the blue, my Hub 4 seems to have died. It's alternating between slowly flashing white and rapidly flashing blue. The internet status on the router's home page is "Requesting CM IP address". I have been with Virgin at this address for years with no issue. Resetting has made no difference. What's happened?
I tried to call them but could only speak to a robot who sent me a link which apparently would let me book a technician or order a new router. Unfortunately, all that comes up when I click the link is "Sorry, we can't test your equipment right now" if I'm lucky. If I'm unlucky I get "We can't find your account" even though I'm clearly logged in.
This is crazy. Can anyone help?

It seems there is a problem country wide, so don’t worry it won’t be your equipment, it seems it’s virgins end that’s the issue

Maybe VM have run out of 10. IP's before WAN IP's
