Hello,
Our hub 4 power supply cable has been chewed through and we need a replacement. It’s the cable that is physically attached to the powersupply box that and not the cable that can be pulled out. I have called out an engineer to come, but I was wondering if they carry replacements with them? Or do I need to order one with virgin online?
Any answers would be appreciated.

We could've arranged for a replacement to be sent to you, but if your technician visit was today, or indeed in the next 48 hours, then it's going to take place, before we can get you the cable. The technician should be able to replace the power supply. Please do get back to us, to let us know how the visit goes?
