Remote recording with hub 4

Hi, I used to be able to set and start recordings with the virgin remote app until the hub 4 was installed. Hub 4 hasn't really given me any improvement and I've lost this function. Since the app isn't compatible, is there any other way to record remotely? Thanks, Robert

Sorry - not sure about this - you may find you get a better response by posting your question on the appropriate TV boards..

See the TV boards - but also reboot the TV box (power off/on) if not already done and try again

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!
