I shall do my best to help with your latency concerns. I have not been able to find any data, relating to the 29th or since, to indicate what might have caused the packet loss indicated by your BQM (in red).
The latency in that graph is fairly representative of a typical connection to be honest. Would you do me a favour please and run both a tracerouteand ping test (to the same destination IP) and post the results on here?
The latter will show any increased ping times and/or lost packets whilst the former will show where on the network this is happening.
