Hi PoloGti,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

I'm sorry for any issues you've having with your hub.

I have checked on our system and it is showing a reported area fault in your area.

This is an SNR fault. The fault reference is: F009799966. The estimated fix date is: 09 MAY 2022.

Can you confirm if you hub feels at all like it is overheating?

^Martin

There is no overheating. The red light came on after my virgin media range extender caused a power outage in my house..

Thanks for coming back to us @PoloGti. I would like to get this looked into further for you but would need to confirm a few details over via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started.

Regards,
