Hi,
A new user for virgin and I've noticed the same. Never had the white light in the router and has always been RED from day one of using. Tried re-setting using the pin hole and that didnt make any difference.
What should I do next?

Sorry to hear that you have a red light warning on your router. I can see that there are some slight power levels out of spec on your upstream, this will need a technician to visit to help resolve.
