Hi, I have been advised by virgin media on Facebook to mention my solid red light and I need a new router. They said mention getting a new router on here and it will be sorted out

Turn the hub off for half an hour and then back on, report back if the LED is still red. A VM staff member will get to your post shortly.

is has been off throughout the night a few times and it hasn’t solved the red light.
