Try a 30 second pinhole reset of the hub with all ethernet cables disconnected

Hello RDJButler,thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community. I am so sorry to hear you have a red light on your hub.

I am going to send you a PM, so I can look into this personally for you, so please do look out for the purple envelope.

Also in the meanwhile can you please try these tips;

Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally. Thanks
