Red light permanently on hub box.

I’ve tried all advice given. Reset numerous times. Red light remains on. Internet drops out intermittently.

Are you able to confirm Tudor's question?  Also is the hub in a fairly open space?  And does the hub feel hotter than normal?

It’s a hub 3 in router mode

It’s a hub 3 in modem mode. It’s not warm.

Not in a warm spot
