Red light on router

Tuning in

I have a permanent red light on my router. Have done the online reset, power off etc but is still there. Looking at forums seems like I need a new router but can't get through on chat or phone. Please can virgin help send me a new router

Yes, if it's a Hub 3 it needs to  be swapped out, as that is a faulty overheat warning.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
