Red light on router no internet

Hi today 14thboctober 9am no internet red light permanently on on virgin router hub3,tried turning router off mains 5 mins then on again,tried this twice still red light on,done virgin test and check postcode outages no faults found?

Update 10.30am 14th October ref red light on permanently on router hub3!,red light still on but i now have internet?
