Red light on my Hub 3

Hi, I have had a red light on my Hub 3 for a couple of weeks now. I read online that this is due to an internal problem. I tried contacting the call centre, but I couldn't get anywhere with the person on the line. So I have just joined up to this forum to try to resolve my problem.

Probably needs replacing. Turn off for half an hour and then turn on, report colour and confirm you are not running in modem mode.
