Red light on hub

Joining in

Please help me as red light on hub for 2 days now and it sits in very well ventilated area . If it requires to be replaced please get in touch with me and let me know when to expect a replacement thankyou

Thank you for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear you currently have a red light on your Hub. Can you please confirm if you have a Hub 3 and if you have attempted a factory reset? Sometimes this can resolve the issue; you just need to stick a pin into the pinhole on the Hub for at least 60 seconds. Please also ensure that your Hub is in an upright position.

 I have restarted it. Red light still on .hub 3 . Is and always has been upright
