Hi,
I have the red light on the hub for the last 48 hours. I note this cannot be ignored from other threads on this.
I’ve rebooted the hub, it’s in a well ventilated area. Not sure what else I can do? The hub is a number of years old so maybe it needs replacing?

Hey geoack, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you've got a red light on your hub.
I am going to send you a PM, please look out for the purple envelope.
In the meanwhile please can you try these steps;
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally. Thanks
