Red light on hub

Hi there 

My hubs light is red most of the time instead of white. It sometimes goes yellow but not for long and then it goes back to red. 

Ive read through the other posts and tried the resets but it's not made any difference. 

The unit does feel quite warm but even after leaving it off overnight to ensure it was cool it still had the red light when turned back on. 

Internet and connections seem to be working ok if not a little glitchy every now and then.

What do I do now?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your hub currently.

We appreciate you leaving the hub off overnight to see if this cleared the red light, but as this is still apparent, even after several reboots and it’s also warm to touch, we will need to book an engineer’s visit for you.
