Red light on hub 3

I have had this same issue for a few days now. Constant red light. Tried everything in this forum thread to no avail.

Hello elizab

 

Thanks for posting on the forum in regards to your hub and the red light, we understand the concern this can cause.

 

From checking your connection and equipment everything appears to be within the levels and ranges we'd expect to see, we're eager for this to be looked into further so I will send you a Private Message to get some more details to get this investigated.
