Red light on Hub

Hey all. Our VM hub has a solid red light but has lots of space around it and doesn’t feel hot to the touch. I’ve tried a reset and no change. Does this need a replacement?

cheers.

Hi @robjmills,

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're seeing a red light on your Hub. Can you please try the following:

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally and the red light should be gone.

Thanks,

Reece - Forum Team

Tried all above and turns back on red.

Thanks for coming back to us robjmills, from checking the connection and equipment the equipment is showing as fine so the red light might be an LED issue but there are some problems with the power levels. They aren't massively out of spec but we'd like to arrange a technician to take a closer look.

I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you.
