Our Hub4 is showing solid red light instead of the normal white. It’s placed in a well ventilated area, where it has always stood but is hot to the touch. We’re unable to access internet as Hub4 not working. Does this need to be replaced? The Hub4 is only a couple of months old. Thanks

I would suggest that points to a PSU problem ...
Probably better replace the hub *and* PSU I would suggest.

Hey hibbymalc, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with your Hub 4.
Please can you check that all of the cables are firmly in place in the router and once this done let me know if the red light light is still there? Thanks

Red ring on a Hub4 is NOT a power or overheating problem. it means your hub has no connectivity to the VM network.
