This evening I lost Internet. My hub is modem mode and the bottom light, that is usually white is now a pinky/red. I've reset the hub and also left it unplugged for a while but it flashes white and then goes back to the red light with no Internet. I called broadband support and got through to the offshore team. He didn't really seem fussed about helping and instantly said it was all working when I called. He said to leave it unplugged for 20 mins when I called at 7.30pm. Just plugged it back in and light has gone back to red. Not sure what else to try?

The large led at the bottom of my hub3 has always been red as it is in modem mode, the led is only white when in router mode.

Thanks for coming back to us. Upon doing a system check, some of your downstream power levels are out of spec. We need to book a tech in. I'll send a PM now to get some details
