Red light is on Hub and even though app is saying great connection to hub, download speed is 5mbps!!! Assuming my hub has had it?
Tried reboot etc. And left in cook place just Incase it was the temperature.
Cant contact virgin as out of hours and working all day tomorrow. Can I sort appointments on here? Some other threads seem to have had success.

Sorry to hear of the hub issues and the red LED showing, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
From checking the connection and equipment, I can see some power level issues on your downstream channels with some problems with the upstream channels that may be the reason for the red LED. These will require a visit so I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you to arrange this.
