Red hub light

I have a hub with a solid red light. Tried everything suggested, but still red. How do I contact virgin media?

Can you please confirm that the solid red light is still there after a reboot?

Yes. I've tried everything. I've moved it further away from other equipment. Rebooted.

It's been red for about 4 weeks now.
