First time posting here so apologies if I get something wrong-
basically my hub 4 started to flash red around midnight and despite following the online guides nothing seems to be helping- restarting/making sure all the cables are plugged in etc. I’ve checked online and there’s apparently no faults but I’ve seen no one post about how they fixed their issue or any other resolutions to this and in need of some help!

I am sorry you have been having issues with your hub, with the hub 4 this means that there is an issue with the telephone system. Make sure all cables coming into and out of the Hub are pushed in firmly. You can see 👉here for all the lights and meanings.
I have checked our systems and cannot see any issues with your hub, so let us know how it is going 😊
