Red flashing light on Wi-Fi box

Hi I’ve had a flashing light on my Wi-Fi box for half an hour. I’ve restarted the box a few times and still no change?! Please help. Thanks

What VM "box" are you referring to ?

What issues are you having?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your Hub. Taking a look at things this end, the Hub is showing online with no issues. All power and signal levels are within range and the in home WiFi checks are all good too. 

I'm hoping this means since posting things have resolved for you but if not and you're still having issues please let us know.
