Red and green arrows flashing

When setting up my new Hub 3.0, I have followed the installation instructions, however the green and red arrows flash repeatedly and I have no internet connection. The green arrows flash first for a while, then the red flash, and then back to the green. 

Please can you assist in helping me finish off the installation and advise as to what the issue is here.

Activations are down at the moment, should be back up soon

When are they anticipated to be back up? Do I need to restart the whole process or can I just reboot the hub later when they are restored?

Usually when the "hits" go down it's fixed within 2 hours.  Usually it just sorts itself out.  Might be worth giving them a call
