My superhub 3 has always had a white power light until recently. Now I am getting a red light, which I believe means an overheating issue. I have contacted, with great difficulty, customer services, and they assure me there is no issue and the red light means the internet is working. They have told me that before I can get a replacement router, I need to upgrade!! I am already on the M600 broadband package yet this doesn't seem to be of sufficient value to warrant a replacement hub when there could be a chance of fire. Can anyone advise how to get Virgin Media to take my complaint seriously?

In the meantime, Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight,
