The last month or so we've had a few connection drops during the evening, usually lasting ~30 minutes, sometimes a bit less, but this week they've been a lot more frequent. Logs attached from last night.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with the internet service connection dropping out.
I have located your account using the Forum details and I have detected and issue with the SNR signal levels being outside the required specifications.
