I received a Hub 3 yesterday that I definitely did not order. No information on account about WHY i received it. My modem had just been updated in November when I was switched to a business plan. Have no idea why I got this or what I need to do with it. Definitely seems to be a mistake but absolutely no communication saying it was ordered, only a notice saying it was to be delivered. And no paperwork in it. Why did I get it and what do I do with it now?

VM should of sent you a hub 5 if they really want you to upgrade.
