Re: red light on virgin media hub

Dear Virgin.

Our Virgin 3.0 hub also has a constant red/orange light. Our internet is working, but I need to reboot the hub at least once a day.

It is not overheating. I keep it off for an hour but it still comes back on with a red light.

How do I order a replacement hub? I just tried calling your line but it took me round in circles and I couldn't end up speaking with anyone.

We'll need to arrange an engineer visit, so I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details from you (purple envelope, top right hand corner)
