I have the same issue, with high latency plus lots of packet loss. Even while I was not working from home last week, the packet loss continues. This situation needs urgent attention from VM. It is unacceptable.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats including packet loss / latency / jitter for both the Hub and your computer / mobile.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Packet loss can be a troublesome issue sometimes. Please could you ensure that you have done a complete reboot of your Hub and also this testing process as stated by @Client62 (thanks for the assist). Also these may be of use to you when looking at speeds and devices connected and how they can play a part in packet loss issues, such as congestion.
