Woke up this morning and am having the exact same issues. Wifi is working but all ethernet ports have given up?

Try a 60 second pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible.

I did that in the morning but it didnt work, I just tried it again without anything connected to the LAN. Its working again.. Weird!

I would imagine you can do this from your VM account on the website.?
