Hi,
I am having the same issue, constant red light on Hub3. Started a few of weeks ago, now internet connection seems to be often very patchy.
The hub is in router mode, does not overheat and stands in an open area.
I followed all steps to reboot a few times:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
and checked for issues & done reboot through the App as well without any results, it is still solid red.
I guess it is the same as in the previous cases and needs replacement. Would you be able to help me out? Thanks.
