Hold the reset button down for 60 seconds, then leave it powered on to perform the factory reset.

If this does not work the Hub 4 may be defective.

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues resetting the hub. Have you tried what Client62 has advised?

My hub was indeed defective. The engineer said that mine had basically frozen and that I was his 4th this last week. So he’s said it clearly is a problem somewhere but gave me a new hub and we’re all good now!
