Hi Virgin Media Forum team

I am having issues as the Virgin media Connect app cannot find my Hub 3.

We had our Hub 3 replaced yesterday as there was a fault with it since it was installed on 6th December.

The internet and Wi-Fi is working fine now but just can’t connect the hub to the connect app

I have reset the router to factory settings and redownloaded the app on my iPhone 12 and my iPad but still it doesn’t connect. I have also tried clearing the data and cache and putting it in as a Hub 5 as other users suggested it may work but it did not fix it for me. 

When I have gone on the Virgin Media website it suggests that there might be an intermittent problem but when the engineer was here last night he could not find anything wrong with the cabling to the house or from the exchange box which is why he replaced the hub!

Can you assist please?

Sorry to hear that the Connect app is having issues, to clarify are you receiving any error codes at all?
