Sorry to hear about your concerns over your broadband speeds. I have checked the system at our side and can see that there is currently an area issue. You might find that these services are intermittent at the moment: Virgin Fibre and Voice services. We are sorry and working hard to resolve this for you.
The current estimated end date for this is, Thursday 6th October 2022 at 9am. I can assure you, our engineers are working to have this resolved as soon as possible. Once the outage looks closed/fixed, please reboot your equipment and let us know if you have any further issues.
