Hey u have a similar issues of months of unstable wifi and over. A period of 2 months  they put a new connection point outside the house and its been a few weeks and it's still not connected hence WiFi still cutting out.

Thank you for posting into our community forums. Sorry to see you are having issues with our Wi-Fi cutting out. We have checked and everything appears to be ok on this end but it can change through the day. No issues identified with Wi-Fi. Are you also having issues with your wired connection? How many devices are affected? Also have you tried rebooting your hub as we have seen from our systems there hasn't been a reboot done in 28 days? Let us know when you have done the reboot then we can look once again for you. Please let us know we are here to help.

Hiya yea went though a cycle of this u can't see it on ur end but an engineer eventually came out and found the connection from the street to the house is damaged hence the new cable installation has been going on over the past month however they ceased operation before acc connecting it to the house.
