Hi,
Has anyone resolved a red light issue on a Hub 3.0?
It's unobstructed, I have reset multiple times & left off overnight but it still runs hot!
I've tried getting through to CS via webchat and phone but it's impossible.

Thanks for raising your Hub 3 issues and the red light, we can understand the concern this can cause and appreciate you making us aware.
I've taken a look at your account and there are some issues with the downstream power levels which will require a technician visit. Can you confirm if the Hub is hot to touch at all?
