RCS Partial Service faults every day

I have my Superhub 3 in modem mode and for the past few months I've been having to reset the modem every other day as I keep getting disconnection issues and I'm getting RCS Partial Service, SYNC Timing Synchronization failure, No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out issues over and over again. When I check my service status everything says its fine, but it's obviously not as I wouldn't be having these problems all the time, I can barely watch Netflix without it buffering yet am on a M600 Fibre broadband. 

This is the my downstream and upstream, I only rebooted the modem a few days ago.

Can you set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)

This is my BQM over the past few hours, you can see it's cut out about 4 times between about 1-6pm

Seem to be dropping packets in the night to early morning aswell
