QAM keeps changing from 4096 to 2048 then 1024

Hi,

I want to know why the QAM keeps changing from 4096 as when it drops lower than 4096 the hub reboots and causes too much packet loss please. Got hub swapped today 10.11.21 and power levels are fine and everything is in good spec. Which is what the engineer said. Right now it is at QAM1024 and keep changing every few minutes. Why is this please? I have hub 4 and on 1gig internet. Thanks

Thanks for posting. Due to our previous conversations we've had, I've reached out the field manager and will be back soon.
