I’m getting sick and tired of being in a game and for about 2 minutes “lan cable not connected” then “lan cable connected”
keeps booting me from games the connection is so unstable.
Constant every day yet I pay £62 a month for this garbage

In that case it would be affecting all your devices, not just the PS.

I am sorry you are having this issue with the PS5 disconnecting.
I have taken a look at your account and can not identify any issues this end. There's no known faults, all your power levels are as they should be and you have also rebooted recently.
As all your other devices are working, this would suggest there is a fault with the PS5. @jpeg1 suggested if you are able to test this at a different location. Is this something you could perhaps do at some point when suitable, to help with the troubleshooting?

When I rebooted the router yesterday I noticed it was doing it to my smart tv which is also connected via lan. So it’s not just the PlayStation

Okay, can you try factory resetting your hub and let us know if that makes any difference to your connection? I'd recommend pressing the pinhole reset button for a timed 60 seconds.
