Problems with go

Good afternoon already the fifth day as brought the block and it doesn't work . Just blinking ... Service please help and send a specialist .  Otherwise, you will have to refuse your service

Ive merged your posts for convenience. Please do not post multiple times about the same issue.

We need some more details- What are you trying to connect? To which HUB? What does the device say when you attempt to connect? Have you tried WPS?

when I signed the contract I was told only to connect the cable and brought the unit .... but alas the unit is not working blinks green light ....rebooted nothing has changed . and I don't have a netbook to check on.

Did you phone in to activate the HUB?

If you have phoned the Quickstart team to activate the services then please let us know.

If not please call the number that's inside the booklet in the box and inside the lid of the box to activate services. If there's an issue with the activation our dedicated activation's team can convert this to an installation visit for free for you.
