Problems with HomeMovers

Good evening,

I have recently cancelled my Virgin broadband, because I moved outside the area covered by Virgin. I want to avoid paying the cancellation fee. I was asked to reply to HomeMovers@virginmedia.co.uk to send over copy of tenancy agreement. My emails keep bouncing back, I'm not sure what's going on. The process of cancelling the broadband with Virgin is horrible and unnecessarily stressful.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to arrange your edfs to be returned to you. I have looked into this and do have an update but we cannot do that here in the public forum, I will send a private message over to you now, so that we can discuss this further.
